Our work here began by performing environmental remediation on this central-Nanaimo site that looks over Mount Benson. Next, we prepared this large, underused property on E Wellington Road for future building by removing soil from the site and importing aggregate to be spread and compacted in order to create a sturdy base to build on. Several eye-catching rock features were placed throughout the site using our signature granite rock to provide a landscaping finish that will last for years to come.
