LATORIA ROAD DEVELOPMENT

Our job site on Latoria Road is the future home of an elementary school and 400 home subdivision in Langford, BC. We started by clearing the site in May 2020 and civil work followed shortly after that to prepare the school site.

This beautiful development built on a treed hillside was visited by BC premier John Horgan and education minister Rob Fleming to announce the province’s purchase of school land and commitment to expanding education facilities.
